When we first built QBot, the goal was simple:
Help businesses run smoother, with less stress and fewer staff headaches.
But along the way, we realised something important:
There’s no one perfect version.
Every business is different. Some don’t have counter space.
Some operate late nights with no staff. Some just want to speed up orders, while others need loyalty systems, or better data to make decisions.
That’s why we stopped trying to build “the best one.”
Instead, we started building the right one—for each situation.
✏️ Real-life Examples That Shaped QBot
We worked with a small café owner who barely had space for a coffee machine.
So we built a compact Q1 Desktop that sits on the counter. It takes orders and payments, no staff needed at the front.
At an indoor playground, queues were a mess during weekends.
We rolled out a QBot Ticketing Kiosk—automated ticket sales, wristband scanning, and even upsells like socks or drinks.
Each time, we learn. Each time, we tweak.
That’s how QBot keeps evolving.
💡 What’s Coming Next: Q1 DUO
We’re especially excited for our next launch: the Q1 DUO.
It’s something we’ve wanted to build for a long time.
One screen faces the customer for self-ordering.
The other screen faces the staff—just like a regular POS.
Two screens. One sleek unit. No wasted space.
It’s perfect for busy cafés or fast-food setups.
Customer orders, staff manages. All in sync.
It’s cleaner, faster, and smarter.
🔍 Why We Keep Exploring New Forms
We don’t build tech just for fun. We do it because we talk to real owners every week. We hear their problems. We see what breaks. We ask:
- What’s slowing you down?
- Where’s the bottleneck?
- What’s costing you time or money?
Then we build solutions that fit, without overcomplicating.
